March has already proven to be a busy but successful month for SCAR. Our Doggy Dash and Pet Market Day came and went on March 3rd and despite the hot weather it was a wonderful day with great feedback from supporters that attended.
We are currently working on securing a brand new location in Craigieburn for our Community Animal Hospital. We are finalising permits and fit out plans as we speak and we anticipate the SCAR Community Animal Hospital will be up and running by the end of this year! We are all extremely excited about this new venture!
Our events team are also working on fun and exciting events to help raise funds for SCAR such as puppy yoga sessions, our annual High Tea and our first ever SCAR gala, aptly named the Fur Ball. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates on these events coming soon!
