Puppy Pre School

Sessions held on:

Saturdays mornings at SCAR

23 Grasslands Ave, Craigieburn.

Class Requirements:

• Puppies must be 8–16 weeks of age
• Puppies must be up-to-date with vaccinations

Program Includes:

• 1 x 1-hour pet parent intro session (pet-free)
• 4 x 1-hour puppy training sessions
• Training resources handbook
• Puppy gift bag
• Graduation ceremony, certificate, and photo

• Basic Manners and Cues
• Creating Calm Puppies
• The Importance of Socialisation
• Troubleshooting Challenging Puppy Behaviours

Please note, if a date is not showing in the booking system, it is sold out.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things happen, and plans need to be changed sometimes.

We will always try to rebook you into another class first if you need to cancel your spot prior to the classes starting. We ask for as much notice as possible when this is the case.

For Cancellations:

• 7 days or more prior to starting, a full refund (minus the booking fee) will be issued.

• Less than 7 days prior to starting, a 50% refund will be issued.

If you are unable to attend a class during your puppy’s 5-week program, we are unable to facilitate makeup sessions. If a class is cancelled by the trainer for any reason, a makeup session will be arranged at a later date. Please contact us if you need any assistance in rescheduling or arranging a cancellation.

If you are experiencing hardship, please contact us to discuss a payment plan.
